Family Activities

Butte des Morts Country Club offers many activities that family members and the entire family can participate in.

Swimming Pools
Our full-size heated swimming and wading pools are open daily for your use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Club also offers the use of the pool for special occasions and private parties. Full-time, certified Life Guards are on duty daily, and two sessions of group swimming lessons are offered by certified instructors for pre-beginner through advanced.

Tennis
Butte des Morts Country Club offers our membership access to 2 tennis courts. As a member, you will also have access to our ball machine for individual practice. Our in-house Tennis Professionals are available for private lessons and clinics for all ages and levels. The Club also sponsors tournaments for pee wee through advanced.

Junior Golf
The Junior Golf program is open to children of all members, ages 8 - 18 and runs from June through August. We also offer Parent-Child Golf Tournaments during the summer months.

Totally Kids Only (TKO)
TKO's are structured programs offered October - April for children of members, ages 3 - 10. Totally Kids Only is a program designed for our members' children and grandchildren. Kids of all ages are encouraged to attend. The ages that have been coming to our program range in the age from 3 to 10 depending on the program being offered that week.

We have TKO's two Saturdays per month from 12:00 noon until 3 p.m. October through April. There is a minimal charge per child to cover the cost of lunch, crafts, prizes, treats and labor. We usually have a theme for the day and plan around that. Listed below are some of the themes that we have worked with:

Children's Christmas Party
Miniature Golf
Cooking with Chefs
Sledding
Safety/Policeman
Manners

We encourage the parents to come. It is a great time for them to do something together. We stress for insurance reasons that any child 4 and under must be accompanied by a parent. We ask that Parents fill out insurance waiver forms for each child in case of an accident. We keep them on file in the office.
